Plain version first: Pharmaconomics is a free calendar of biotech FDA catalysts. It’s information, not advice. Use it to know what to look at and where the date came from — then verify with the primary source and make your own decisions.

1. Where the data comes from
Catalyst dates and details are compiled from public primary sources — company press releases and SEC filings, FDA calendars and documents, ClinicalTrials.gov, and similar. We link the primary source on each catalyst so you can check it yourself. That link is the authority; our page is a convenience layer on top of it.
2. Accuracy & errors
We work to keep dates correct and current, but the data may contain errors, omissions, or delays, and catalyst dates change often and sometimes without notice. We make no warranty — express or implied — that any information is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any purpose. If a page and its primary source disagree, the primary source controls. If you spot a wrong date, please tell us at hello@pharmaconomics.com.
3. No liability
You use Pharmaconomics at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharmaconomics and its maintainer are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything on this site, whether the information proves inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or otherwise.
